All varieties of roses are edible and have numerous medicinal properties. Spring Rose Tea is an herbal beverage made from the most fragrant and healthifying rose variety which is blended with Lavender, Marigold flowers, and whole-leaf Green tea.

Boil a cup of water and let it cool down for a minute.

Warm up the teapot.

Pour water and add tea to the pot.

Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes.

Strain the residues and serve.

Put tea and water in a container.

Cover and refrigerate it to cold brew for 8 hours.

Strain the residues and pour tea into a cup.

Cold brewed tea is chilled and ready.

Prerequisites

Steps
  1. Steep Silver Needle Tea in hot water for around 7 minutes.
  2. Cool it down and shift to a mixing bowl.
  3. Now add peaches and coconut sugar to the mixing bowl.
  4. Combine the ingredients vigorously in a pitcher, and refrigerate.
  5. Place the mixture in glasses and serve on the rocks!

Prerequisites

Steps
  1. Melt chocolate in a bowl, add palm jaggery to it.
  2. Steep green tea leaves in water for 5 – 8 minutes, strain, and add liquid to the bowl.
  3. Immediately sprinkle Spring Rose tea, followed by salt. Keep aside until firm.
  4. Cut the chocolate bark with a chef’s knife into desired shapes and serve!
