steeping notes for hot tea
Boil a cup of water and let it cool down for a minute.
Warm up the teapot.
Pour water and add tea to the pot.
Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes.
Strain the residues and serve.

Put tea and water in a container.
Cover and refrigerate it to cold brew for 8 hours.
Strain the residues and pour tea into a cup.
Cold brewed tea is chilled and ready.
silver needle tea infused peaches
Prerequisites
- 6 glasses water
- 5 - 6tbsp Ochre Organics’ Silver Needle
- 2 pitted and sliced peaches
- 1tbsp coconut sugar
Steps
- Steep Silver Needle Tea in hot water for around 7 minutes.
- Cool it down and shift to a mixing bowl.
- Now add peaches and coconut sugar to the mixing bowl.
- Combine the ingredients vigorously in a pitcher, and refrigerate.
- Place the mixture in glasses and serve on the rocks!

- Dark chocolate
- Salt
- Palm jaggery
- Green tea
Steps
- Melt chocolate in a bowl, add palm jaggery to it.
- Steep green tea leaves in water for 5 – 8 minutes, strain, and add liquid to the bowl.
- Immediately sprinkle Spring Rose tea, followed by salt. Keep aside until firm.
- Cut the chocolate bark with a chef’s knife into desired shapes and serve!
