silver needle tea infused peaches
Prerequisites
- 6 glasses water
- 5 - 6tbsp Ochre Organics’ Silver Needle
- 2 pitted and sliced peaches
- 1tbsp coconut sugar
Steps
- Steep Silver Needle Tea in hot water for around 7 minutes.
- Cool it down and shift to a mixing bowl.
- Now add peaches and coconut sugar to the mixing bowl.
- Combine the ingredients vigorously in a pitcher, and refrigerate.
- Place the mixture in glasses and serve on the rocks!
steeping notes for hot tea
Boil a cup of water to approx. 80°C.
Place tea into the teapot and add hot water.
Cover teapot and steep for 3-5 minutes.
Strain the residues and pour a hot cup of tea.

Put tea and water in a container.
Cover and refrigerate it to cold brew for 4-8 hours.
Strain tea residues and pour tea into a cup.
Cold brewed tea is chilled and ready.

Prerequisites
- 1/2 cup steeped and strained Ochre Organics’ Green Jasmine leaves
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 2tbsp ginger powder
- 2 Lemons
- 1tbsp roasted peanuts
- 1tbsp crunchy yellow split peas
- 1 Romaine lettuce
- 1 Tomato
- 1tbsp Salt
- 1tbsp sesame seeds
- 1tbsp Peanut oil
- 1tbsp Sesame oil
- 1tbsp Sunflower seeds
Steps
- Mix the tea leaves, fresh garlic, and salt. Drizzle in 3 tablespoons peanut oil and vinegar whilst blending.
- Make a bed of lettuce in a bowl, place dressing in the center, and pile up tomatoes, garlic, peanuts, and split beans around it. Drizzle sesame oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle salt, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds on top.
