steeping notes for hot tea
Boil a cup of water.
Warm up the teapot by swirling boiled water into it.
Put tea into the teapot.
Cover teapot and steep for 3-5 minutes.
Strain tea solids.
A cup of hot tea is ready to be served.

Put tea and water in a container.
Cover and refrigerate it to cold brew for over 24 hours.
Strain residues and pour tea into a cup.
Cold brewed tea is chilled and ready.
chamomile panna cotta
This is that effortless, delightful, and melt-in-your-mouth kind of dish you have been craving for!
Prerequisites
- 120 ml whole milk
- 480 ml heavy cream
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 sheets agar agar
- 1 cup Ochre Organics’ Chamomile Tea
Steps
- Make agar agar sheets soft by soaking in water, keep aside.
- In a saucepan, pour milk, cream, and coconut sugar, heat but do not boil.
- Place agar agar in the pan as well, and let it melt.
- Add Chamomile Tea to the mixture, and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture for excess water, pour it in the molds, and refrigerate.
- Carefully take the pinna cotta out of molds using a knife and place on a serving plate.
- Drizzle with coconut sugar and serve!
